Refund & Cancellation Policy

AKSH is operated by Treum Algotech (proprietor: Srijan Arya).

Cancellations

AKSH subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where a refund is required under applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period, and you may cancel before it ends at no cost.
