1. Introduction

Treum Algotech Private Limited ("we", "us", "Treum Algotech") operates the AKSH Earnings Intelligence API ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Data

• Client company name
• Contact email address
• API key (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — we cannot see your key)
• Subscription tier

2.2 API Usage Data

• API request counts per endpoint
• Request timestamps
• IP addresses (for rate limiting and security)
• Response times and status codes

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• No trading data — we do not know what trades you make
• No portfolio data — we do not access your holdings or positions
• No personal financial information — no bank accounts, brokerage credentials, or PAN/Aadhaar
• No tracking cookies — the API does not use cookies or browser tracking

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authentication: Verifying API key validity for access control
• Rate limiting: Enforcing fair usage per subscription tier
• Service improvement: Analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve API performance
• Security: Detecting and preventing unauthorized access or abuse
• Billing: Tracking usage for subscription management

We do NOT use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Third-Party Data Processing

The Service processes the following external data sources:

No Client data is shared with these third parties. Only public corporate filing text is sent to Groq for processing.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Location: India (AWS Mumbai region, ap-south-1)
• Encryption at rest: AWS Lightsail volume encryption
• Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS)
• API key security: Stored as HMAC-SHA256 hashes (not plaintext)
• Backups: Hourly encrypted backups to AWS S3

6. Data Retention

7. Your Rights

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will:
